Post-COVID, I saw a drastic decline in organization, motivation, and time management in my students. At the same time, my spouse and kiddo were diagnosed with ADHD, and we started learning new ways to address and implement executive function skills. I wanted to use my expertise in the field of education to help people with underdeveloped executive function skills, so I started Altering Course.
You’ve tried everything and you just want the best for your family or school. This is why I focus on executive function coaching. Whether you are an organizational leader, a parent, or a college student, executive functioning is increasingly needed to succeed in academic spaces.
Through 1:1 and group coaching, I help students and families improve executive function so they can be less frustrated and more organized and confident.
Through workshops and speaking engagements, I help schools and businesses improve the executive function of their faculty, students and colleagues so they can increase their productivity and improve their culture.
