I help students and their families alter their lives through education.
As a college professor, I have 20 years of experience in education. Over the years, I've worked with students of all abilities and backgrounds in order to hone in on executive function skills.
As the parent and spouse of people with ADHD and an educator who teaches neurodiverse students, I understand additional factors that can make executive function difficult. I also know how to accommodate and encourage all types of students.
As someone who struggles with anxiety and perfectionism, I know what it's like to feel like things are working against you. Thats why I keep things positive and practical!
